GSS Machinery can assist you in selecting a vacuum lifter that meets all your material handling requirements. GSS Machinery is available to answer your questions.
ANVER vacuumlifters use a 2-inch Deflection Factor to determine the number of pads required and the beam length. Based on over 30 years' experience in vacuum lifting applications, we know that a 2-inch deviation provides an additional measure of lifting safety. The curvature underneath the pads is reduced and it is easier to position a lifter on the loads. In practice, operators have trouble centering a lifter that has more than 2" deflection. ANVER'S Standard Modular vacuum lifting frames offer efficient material handling solutions. They promote safety, functionality, and ergonomic operations for a wide range of materials and applications.
ANVER is a top manufacturer of vacuum tube lifting systems in the United States. We offer a variety of Vacuum Tube Lifters, and replacement Vacuum Tube Lifter Pieces. Our products are built to last for many years.
Transformers must be remotely mounted: There are increasing regulations in many areas that require 3-phase power to not run below the hook. This is especially true for smaller units, which are intended to only be used by an operator. To ensure safety, the transformer must be installed on a wall or remotely mounted. Our lifters have the correct transformers that ship in a box. The boxes must be installed only by qualified electricians. This is a good idea to hire an electrician or crane operator who is familiar with the local codes in your area. Important: This information is contained in the ASME B30.20 Regulations. These regulations are American Standard ASME website. (1) All hoisting equipment using an externally powered vacuumlifter must have a separate vacuumlifter circuit switch. This type of switch is enclosed and allows for flagging, locking or tagging in open (off) positions. The vacuum lifting equipment disconnect switch should be connected to the line side (power supply) of the vacuum lifter. (2) Externally powered vacuumlifters with a 120 VAC single phase supply are exempt from the requirement for disconnects. "This calculator will help you estimate the voltage drop according to wire size, material, voltage and phase. You can also calculate amp draw by using this calculator. This lifter/tilter is designed to be safe. It has a VLS (9V battery powered vacuum leakage sensor) and warning system. There's also an attach/release slide valve, safety lock, and a safety lock. The EMC-Series Lifters/Tilters can hold a maximum vacuum of 24 inches. Hg (609.6mmHg) and a 4:1 safety factor for vacuum holding (unless stated otherwise).
You should ensure that you choose a vacuum lifter that can lift your heaviest loads and has enough cups to hold your longest, widest, and thinnest loads. This is how it works.
Modular design is an ANVER Vacuum Lifter's hallmark. Standard components can be selected to fit your application. With our vast inventory and wide selection of components, it is possible to quickly create a lifter that fits almost any application. ANVER creates lifters that are equal in load weight.
After the unit has been lowered onto the load, the hoist chains slacks and the entire weight of the lifter is on top of the load. The internal switch then automatically initiates the attachment process.
Follow these guidelines for selecting vacuum pads: Use the fewest number of pads necessary, Use pads with the largest possible diameter, The load width should never exceed five times the lifting pad width or diameter when handling a load with a single row of pads, Pad capacities must be derated by 50% when used for vertical handling or upending (tilting) applications, Select the proper material for the vacuum pad. EMC-Series lifters can be equipped with pad extensions that can be removed. You can mount the vacuum pads inline to carry long and narrow loads. The extensions can also be removed for shorter loads. The equipment features an ergonomic lifter handlebar with a welded-steel lifting frame that allows operators to use it with ease and comfort for many loads and applications.
Make sure you have selected a Vacuum Lifter with adequate capacity to lift your heaviest load, and enough vacuum cups to support your longest, widest and thinnest load. Click here to see how we calculate this.
ANVER'S Standard Modular Vessel Lifting Frames provide efficient material handling solutions. They encourage safety, functionality and ergonomic operations in a wide range materials and applications.
AMC-Series lifters come equipped with removeable pad extensions. The vacuum pads can be mounted inline for handling long and narrow loads or without the extensions for handling short and narrow loads. Constructed with an ergonomic lifter handlebar and a welded steel lifting frame, operators can use this equipment with ease and comfort for a wide range of loads and applications.
0 PSIA For a perfect vacuum (100%) the pressure is either 0 torr or 0 Psia.
One option is to provide the ability to select the floor that the user would like to travel (currently within the lift). Intelligent architecture allows the lift to move up and down depending on its current position. The point No. is used to determine the stoppage route.
A vacuum pump is a device that gets its drive from the engine camshaft. It can be driven by the alternator shaft in some designs. Vacuum pumps are used to create a vacuum from the brake booster tank. 12 April 2011
There are two types of vacuum pumps: gas transfer pumps or entrapment/capture pumps.
